Project Mud Hole Complete

Nothing better than finishing a project. Although river rock may not be the most attractive ground cover, it sure beats moss, thready grass, and MUD! It took 19 bags of gravel and there are still some spots that could use a bit more, but it's good enough for now.



This turned out so nicely now I'm thinking about expanding some of the borders around the fence line. Trying to mow close to the fence is a pain and I swear I'm going to put an eye out with the weed whacker. A nice 2 or 3 foot border around the fence line, less to mow, places to plant some more plants like ornamental grasses. That'll be the next project.
